**Update — Free Tier Credit Refresh Failure**
This issue has been resolved. Monthly credit refresh is now functioning correctly for all free tier accounts. Affected users should find their credit balance has been restored to reflect the current billing period.

**Service Issue — Image Attachments in Student Submissions**

We're aware of an issue affecting the processing of student work that contains embedded images.

When a submission includes images — such as diagrams, graphs, or scanned handwriting — those images are currently not being extracted and passed through to our grading algorithm. As a result, any content contained within those images will not be assessed, and the returned grade and feedback may be incomplete or inaccurate for affected submissions.

This issue impacts any teacher or student submitting work that relies on image-based content as part of their assessment response. Text-only submissions are unaffected and continue to process as expected.

Our team is actively investigating and working on a fix. In the meantime, we recommend where possible re-submitting work as text-only documents to ensure full and accurate analysis.
